Neural Network Approximation

I am engineering student and new in reserach area of RBDO.

I want to use Neural Network Approximation of Limit State Function and finally use it to calculate reliability.

I want to know either I can get Explicit formulation of function once network is trained successfully by optimizing weights and biases.?

How contour can be plotted (via Matlab) for data obtained through ANN approximated function (having 2 random variables).
