Given a shape optimization problem for a scalar elliptic
differential equation in two spatial dimensions (stationary
heat transfer, say), is there a general agreement on what
the best practise is (are?) to compute the mesh sensivity
in a discrete sensitivity approach? Is there any review
literature on this matter? Is there any public software that
allows to experiment with several approaches?
